July 16th -- Independence Day

My doctor has determined that July 16th is the big day for my induction, which means Benjamin Hunter Griffith will officially exit his host and start living life as an independent being. And while we’re both thrilled that my pregnancy will finally be over—Hugh’s endured some major bitchiness on my part, god bless him—we’re even more excited to meet our new son. And, of course, introduce him to his big brother.
Whether or not the big bro will be as excited to meet the new addition as we are is yet to be determined. Stay tuned …
